For students from Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide who have successfully completed their Bachelors or Masters Degrees between August 2008 and August 2009 the Graduation and Gala Dinner is upcoming, a chance to reflect on all you have learnt and to celebrate this wonderful achievement. We wish all these students the best of luck for their bright futures.

Le Cordon Bleu Sydney is about to have its Culinary Arts Ceremony to acknowledge students successful completion of:

  • Diplôme de Cuisine (Superior Cuisine - Cert III in Hospitality)
  • Diplôme de Pâtisserie (Superior Patisserie - Cert III in Hospitality)
  • Grand Diplôme
  • Diplôme de Direction de Cuisine


Students who have shown academic excellence are also acknowledged at this ceremony through the traditional Dux Awards and The Patrick Harris Award for the student who has most improved in Basic, Intermediate and Superior Cuisine.

Interview With Japanese Student

One of the highly regarded aspects of the Bachelor of Business – International Hotel Management Degree is the paid industry placements. This is incorporated into the degree and allows students to gain valuable internship experience within the hotel industry. Ms Miyuki Watanabe, a current student at the Adelaide campus, discusses why this experience was particularly attractive to her as a potential student and her aspirations for future placements during her degree.

Le Cordon Bleu Australia welcomes its new Masters and Bachelors students to the Adelaide campus and introduces them to the capital of South Australia with orientation tours that incorporate Australian wildlife, wine tasting and local cuisine. Students are invited to join staff in a trip to the Adelaide Hills starting at Cleland National Park and ending up at either Haigh’s or Melba’s Chocolate Factories. This day tour encourages students to interact with staff and each other in a carefree matter and to see some of what this beautiful city has to offer.
