Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures invites you to visit us at the Ottawa Food and Wine Show from Friday, November 5 to Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa.

Join us for a sampling of items prepared with exquisite care by our executive chef of Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures. Also, enjoy two demonstrations from renowned world-class chef instructors at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute and find out more about our one day and 4 day short courses.

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is truly a touch of France in the heart of Ottawa.

Demonstrations:

Friday, November 5, 2010 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Sushi Demonstration with Chef Armando Baisas:

Chef Baisas is a Master Sculptor with an extensive list of accomplishments and awards he has won throughout his career including his recent title of World Carving Champion.

 

Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Sugar Art Demonstration with Chef Christian Faure MOF

Chef Faure MOF is a highly accomplished pastry chef and chef instructor with many gold medal awards including France's highest culinary honour, Le Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
