A Contemporary French Touch in Korea

Chef Lesourd

 

During the period September 6 to 12, Frédéric Lesourd, Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris school will be in Korea to present a French menu at the Ninth Gate Grill restaurant of the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul.

This fine cuisine establishment offers an à la carte menu together with daily set menus using local ingredients. The participation of Chef Lesourd in the kitchen of the Ninth Gate Grill will add a contemporary French touch to the special menus created for lunch and diner.

On September 10 a gala dinner will be organized by Chef Lesourd and the restaurant’s brigade.
