The Austrade Vet Showcase in Manila

Le Cordon Bleu Marketing Managers Karen DuBois and Suchada Khaongam, attended The Austrade Vet Showcase, a 2 day event held at the Makati Shangri-La, Manila.

Filipino students with a desire to study Cuisine or Pâtisserie attended the 2 day event to gain as much information as possible on the programs offered at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute.

Karen DuBois was also part of the Seminar program which included a presentation on “Life in Australia as an International Student”. Karen spoke to the audience on the kinds of issues that students face when venturing to a new country and provided tips on managing lifestyle and study.

The Australian Ambassador, Rod Smith hosted a cocktail reception and networking session so that Australian institutions could meet potential collaborative partners in the Philippines. The Le Cordon Bleu brand in the Philippines remains strong in the culinary field with growing interest in postgraduate studies.
