Discover the best from East and West. Le Cordon Bleu International hosts the amazing Flavour Fusions in Ho Chi Minh City together with the magnificent and historic Hotel Majestic Saigon.

This five-day festival sees three top international Chefs performing demonstrations and masterclasses. The demonstration recipes, which will include rarely-seen French and Asia Fusions food and pastry, will offer participants an exciting and unique challenge. There will be chances to sample each cuisine as well as a French Buffet Lunch and Fusion High Tea. Flavour Fusions wrap up with an Asian-French Fusion Blue Ribbon Gala Dinner.

Culinary Masterclasses in French Classical techniques

This is an exclusive food festival offering participants a rare opportunity to gain hands-on instruction in international techniques. Flavour Fusions will particularly appeal to anyone with a passion for international cuisine and those interested in studying towards a career in gastronomy. Each participant will receive a Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Attendance for Masterclass demonstrations.
