Chef Patrick CaalsPatrick Caals, cuisine chef and instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris is invited by Kenwood to present recipes of the book “Le Cordon Bleu Techniques with Kenwood” using the Multipro food processor.

Agenda :

Everyday
10:30am – Cinnamon and chocolate chip cookies
12:30pm  - Smoked trout rillettes
2:30pm – Caesar Salad
4:30pm – Duck with black peppercorns, Bordelaise sauce and gratin dauphinois

Friday evening
6:30pm – Pasta salad with shrimp and tarragon pesto
8:30pm – Free-range chicken in a Dijon mustard sauce
