Just a few days after Le Cordon Bleu Madrid graduated its first class with the “Diploma of Spanish Cuisine”, three new groups of students have started their studies in this discipline. In total, more than 30 students will now specialize in the most characteristic techniques, recipes and ingredients of Spanish gastronomy.
