Student Services

Our Student Services department organises Orientation programs, provides information and advice on student visa obligations, general enquiries and can assist with any other enquires you may have as a new or returning student at Le Cordon Bleu. These may include providing enrolment documentation and referral for counselling or legal issues related to your studies in Australia.

Student Support Services

The Le Cordon Bleu Student Services Department is responsible for ensuring the provision of the highest level of service in coordinating enquiries regarding admissions, enrolments, orientation and alumni activities.

Student Services Department provides the following services:

  • Upon Arrival
    • Orientation Program – comprehensive induction program providing information on banking, medical, shopping, transport, cultural adjustment, campus tours, student activities and meeting with other international students
  • Information and advice on student visa
  • General Enquiries about your enrolment at Le Cordon Bleu
  • Provide documents:
    • Letters to confirm enrolment status
    • Provisional Letters of completion/Letter of completion
    • Academic Transcripts/parchments
