Le Cordon Bleu Classic Cycle Programme teaches students to progressively discover and ultimately master the basics of French Cuisine and Pâtisserie in a complete and systematic manner. This world leader programme consists of 2 different but complementary tracks – Cuisine and Pâtisserie. Graduates of the following courses will attain the world famous Le Cordon Bleu Dusit qualifications.
At Le Cordon Bleu, students at all levels learn from the chefs’ expertise, experience an personal interpretation of the culinary arts. The unrivalled Le Cordon Bleu teaching methodology combines demonstrations followed by hands-on practical classes.
Students who satisfactorily complete all three Cuisine courses will be eligible to be awarded Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme de Cuisine. Students who satisfactorily complete all three Pâtisserie courses will be eligible to be awarded Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme de Pâtisserie.
After successful completion of Basic, Intermediate and Superior level courses in both Cuisine and Pâtisserie (6 courses), the students are eligible to be awarded Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme – a highly acclaimed award and international passport to the culinary world.
Students who receive advanced standing and enter at the Intermediate level are not eligible to receive the Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme and/or Grand Diplôme. Recipients of the Diplôme or Grand Diplôme must complete all the study levels from Basic to Superior.
