This workshop is an initiation to beer appreciation. It will cover the history and evolution of beer brewing from prehistory to modern times.
Ingredients, brewing process, beer regions and glassware will be covered. A guided tasting of 15 beers will give students an overview of the different beer styles and an introduction to beer & food pairing, for example, cheeses, BBQ meats, spicy salad and chocolate.
