ACADEMIC TERMS & CLASSES
2.1/ For Le Grand Diplome®, the Cuisine or the Pastry diploma, the courses can occur between 8:30am and 10pm, and divided of sessions of 3 hours, that can be either Demonstration or Practical. The number of hours per day may vary from 6 hours per day.
Classes are usually planned 6 hours together and over one of the following schedule.
8:30 ~ 15:00 / 12:00 ~ 18:30 / 15:30 ~ 22:00
2.2/ The Bakery Program is on a daily shift of 6 hours, with a break during the class. The break time is not defined as it varies depending on the bread baking schedule requirement. There are 2 sessions per day
