At Le Cordon Bleu London we offer scholarship opportunities to help students with the costs of studying at our school. If studying culinary arts, wine or management has always been a dream, our yearly scholarship could be just the way to achieve it.

 

Future Talents International Competition

While celebrating 125 years of excellence in teaching around the world, Le Cordon Bleu is launching a global competition dedicated to aspiring culinary professionals.

Open to 18 years old and over, looking for a career in hospitality, this competition offers the winners training in Cuisine and/or Pâtisserie in one of our prestigious global institutes, among other prizes.
  • 1st place will have the chance to study the coveted Grand Diplôme®
  • 2nd and 3rd place will be able to study the Certificate in Basic Cuisine and Certificate in Basic Pâtisserie

The competition takes place locally in 16 state-of-the-art Le Cordon Bleu institutes, where 1 out of 16 candidates in each campus are designated to take their chance for the Grand Finale in the flagship Paris institute, taking place on October 15th.

Julia Child Scholarship by Le Cordon Bleu

The Julia Child Scholarship by Le Cordon Bleu aims to offer a once in a lifetime opportunity for those who may have thought a career in food would only ever be a dream.

The 2019 Julia Child Scholarship is now closed for applications.

The winner was awarded a place on both our highly respected Diplôme de Pâtisserie and our Diploma in Culinary Management. Combined, the 12 month course comprises two diplomas studied one after the other to form our Diplôme de Pâtisserie with Culinary Management. Awarding the winner with their prize was one of the true greats of the industry; esteemed chef, TV personality and Le Cordon Bleu alumna Mary Berry.

Throughout the tuition, the winner will also meet some of our most successful London-based alumni for one-to-one mentoring sessions, including author Luiz Hara, restaurateur Dhruv Mittal, Georgia Green of Georgia's Cakes and Evelina Ogorzalek of Evelina's Patisserie.

During the 12 month course, the winner will also carry out work experience at the iconic luxury London hotel, The Savoy, offering a truly incredible first-hand insight into the operations of a high-end restaurant kitchen. Additionally, Churchill tableware provided prizes for the winner and the runners up, and ZWILLING provided a set of Diploma knives for 2nd & 3rd place.

Also included in this outstanding prize, was luxury accommodation courtesy of Londonist, which the successful candidate has for 12 months.
