Cheese – Cheese Kentei Course
This course is for students who are seeking to gain basic factual and cultural knowledge of cheese, and how to enjoy and appreciate it in everyday life.
Who is it aimed at:
This class is for those who are beginners who are interested in cheese but have only limited cheese tasting experience.
How to gain the qualification:
A certificate of participation will be awarded to students who have attended all classes and pass an exam
