About the Cheese Professional Association

The Cheese Professional Association was founded in the year 2000, and is a non profit organization with the aim of supporting the growth of cheese professionals.

From the early conception of spreading cheese knowledge, there has been greater demand for more and more knowledge. Since then the CPA has published a book as well delivering seminars and events and now runs the annual National Cheese Examination providing successful candidates with an official Professional Cheese Qualification.
