This qualification is an entry level qualification providing a straightforward introduction to wine. It is ideal for boosting the confidence of new or inexperienced front line staff in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Entry Requirements:

  • As a part of this class alcohol will be served so students should be aged 20years or over


How to gain the qualification:
You must successfully complete:

  • a multiple choice paper of 30 questions
  • a food and wine matching exercise (in class)
  • a portfolio of tasting notes (in class)
