Basic Bakery course is based on practice and repetition.

Learn to make a total of authentic French bread.
The Bakery Basic course learn how to knead a dough that is basis for French bread. In class, during the fermentation of bread, students acquire the skills of baguettes, rye bread and other special bread.  Students will make the decorative bread and produced a small object at the end of basic courses .
