Applications are now being accepted for Le Cordon Bleu UK Scholarship Award 2016 This year's winner will be awarded a place on the coveted Diplôme de Pâtisserie followed by a three month Diploma in Culinary Management. He/she will also carry out an internship mentored by Michelin-starred Chef Clare Smyth and luxury accommodation will also be provided, courtesy of urbanest.
