June 6 was a historical day for Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Two prestigious ceremonies were organized to celebrate the Culinary Arts graduation at the legendary Cercle de l'Union interalliée. On this special day, Le Cordon Bleu Paris was honored to welcome two class patrons : Chef William Ledeuil for the Cuisine Diploma and Chef Laurent Duchêne for the Pastry Diploma. |
