2013 Final

 

Le Cordon Bleu London Master Chefs Javier Mercado and Nicholas Belorgey represented the UK Pastry Team at this year’s Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Final. The team created complex sugar, chocolate and ice sculptures alongside delicate plated desserts on the theme of the ‘lost world’, achieving a top-ten finish.
