Dear All,

Le Cordon Bleu continues its projection as a global leader in culinary arts and hospitality training as another exciting year draws to a close.

In light of UNESCO’s decision to add the French gastronomic meal to the world heritage list, we must continue to enrich our students with the French culinary techniques and rituals so they can understand that this type of recognition can also belong to their community or to their country.

This year Le Cordon Bleu expanded into new educational boundaries, further developing its courses in gastronomy, hospitality, and tourism
from initiation to MBA level. Le Cordon Bleu will strengthen our international network with new schools planning to open in Madrid, Malaysia,
and New Zealand in 2011. We hope our expansion into all spheres of the culinary and hospitality industries continues to bring people with a common passion together reinforcing exchange, education and collaboration in the exciting and evolving world of gastronomy.

Thank you all for making 2010 another great success and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Amitiés Gourmandes,

André J. Cointreau, President Le Cordon Bleu International
